there are small towns all across USA that already SMASHED the 3% of their population taking to the streets for political change.
i personally believe the threshold is higher, that it鈥檚 10% due to a lot of the invisible labor that folks need from others to become politically active 鈥昦nd reports from many small towns suggest 10-15% of their people were protesting last #NoKings.
