Don't let activism blink out of sight!

Ofcom (UK) wants all social posts to be scanned for 'illegal' content before they appear in our feeds.

And the AI doing it will go OTT. Posts about protest could get removed or suppressed as the UK Online Safety Act expands even further.

Say no to more censorship ⬇️

They risk heavy fines and even imprisonment if they don't comply. Crackdown on protest and political speech Here’s what’s coming in this consultation: 1) AI scanning for 'illegal' content Tech platforms will be forced to scan posts for 'illegal' content and remove it before it's even published.

@openrightsgroup P2p software protected-from-state-eyes seems to be single way to organize. And "official" internet will not be useless (unless you want to buy walmart crap via chat gpt). At least it looks going to _this_ direction.

OMFG... if 1984 and "minority report" had a love child, it still wouldn't be as bad an idea as this...
