Resaturation Rain.
This is Oneiroi feeling the rain washing off the desaturation of the world. In Ethereal, colour only exists in perception. So, this is a bit like washing off a shared migraine. It makes the subjectiveness of reality nearly tangible. The rain doesn't actually do anything, but it's bringing back the perception of colour.
