You have no idea who the rest of your cast or party will be and no idea what other fictional characters you can acquire later or put around your draft pick so they may not necessarily develop into the powerful/heroic character they do in normal canon.

For eg if you pick Sailor Moon you get Usagi but you don't get Luna, you don't get the other scouts, potentially you don't get all her other transformations and powers she develops later, and Luna isn't there to tell her how to transform or do anything (& neither can you, you aren't part of the party, you just select the character)

So you have no idea if you'll have the characters to surround her with to build her into a heroine or if she'll just be extremely whiny forever and drive her teammates away
