I like that #ivoryapp has the smoothest scrolling
I like that #icecubesapp supports fedi features sooner and loads custom emojis faster and MOST IMPORTANTLY supports animated emojis. But it doesn鈥檛 scroll well 
maybe those things are related
At least we have a choice in apps and I get to support both, but I truly wish we got a little more cross-contamination of features.
