The Digital Omnibus package is presented at the #EUsummit #Digitalgipfel as necessary for speed, innovation, scale etc. While I hear SMEs and legal experts throwing up their hands, as they’ve just aligned processes and structures to meet requirements and are now faced with more questions and confusion than before.

I haven’t had a chance to work through all the changes—but am certainly wondering: are they missing their goal?
