This report uncovers Meta's systemic failure to moderate health-related scam advertisements. We identified over 46,000 advertisements promoting unapproved drugs and making deceptive health claims that reached European users 292+ million times. These ads violated Meta's own standards and potentially infringe on multiple DSA provisions regarding consumer protection and public health.
