Halfway through #ValkyrieProfile and so far it's living up the high expectations. First chapter or so was a little touch and go, but once things click into place, they click hard.

Spent an hour on, like, figuring out what to do at the second #ValkyrieProfile boss. It was clear I needed bows but had none and the short bow I supposedly found earlier was gone (broken?). In the end I found the menu option Divine Item allows you to craft gear at a save point. This was exhausting, lol.

Just submitted a patch to #Guix[1] fixing #PCSXR, a PlayStation 1 emulator! It was a fun little day project getting it fixed, but I really gotta stop with these patches, my uni work is suffering :(( Getting that green 'built successfully' is so addicting...
