When I got home, D saw me and pointed this out of course (as well as my "painted for the first time in five years" fingernails (chrome with rainbow sparkles over them).

I said it'd be the perfect time to flex my biceps, now that they're extra gay.

"Guy-ceps!" he said. And then he did a pose I attempted to re-create here in a selfie and said coyly "Guy for guy-ceps."

(I love him so much.)

The funny thing is, the glitter ended up about on my arms where my testosterone gel does when I put it there -- which I did today, unusually for me.

It's just like hand sanitizer in that it's clear and it dries clear. Normally no one can see it.

It occurs to me now that this is like a way of making the invisible visible: a great way to commemorate Sparkle weekend (however inadvertently).
