Here in #GeorgiaCountry happening #TerrorInGeorgia and winner of Sakharov prize Mzia Amaglobeli is jailed, shortly, for doing her journalism properly.
People now can be sent to jail for fact of peaceful protest, or just because they crossed a street nearby.

In addition, you MUST act in favor of the liberty to investigate and report inside EU. Today journalists are financed by private fortunes, theferore they are not guaranteed free speech, they are even forced to deal with only some topics or to report only a top-down decided speech.
This is a *vital* issue for democracy, for people's rights in short, medium and long term.

However, since all Human Rights are indivisible and interdependent, in claiming to stand for one of them, you must live up in all your deeds to protect all of them, impartial and under all circumstances.

@EUCommission I am horrified at the how the Israeli government has been able to use technology to specifically identify, target, and murder journalists who reported from Gaza. The perpetrators of those crimes have to be brought to justice.

Then why aren't there any extensive sanctions on the State of Israel?
How can anyone believe, that the EU-Commission is against violence against journalists, against impunity and for justice, if you didn't sanction the State of Israel?
