Personal social networking, is a part of SX to explore, and the second perspective of SX (in a pyramid model of 3 perspective) focuses on interpersonal relationships.

The first perspective is personal and focuses on individual needs. While the third perspective is where it all combines into intricate societal constructs, and our solutions can be designed to have "societal impact". Society is the tapestry where we weave our social experiences together.

Social experience design is based on the intrinsic values of #Freedom and #Humanity in all its rich facets.

Big questions for a Thursday morning I know, and intimate questions to be asking/answering publicly, but I ask because I genuinely believe that if we're too transition to a post-capitalist world where people are (more) free to spend their time and energy as they decide: we need to get better (collectively and as individuals) at discussing and working out why we're doing what we're doing.

@da5nsy These are great questions and I agree, should be talked about. Often! Much if not most of my blog is addressing this and reflects that I've lived most of my life in an attempt to exist outside of #capitalism. It's far from being a disconnected or impermeable bubble, but rather, a lived awareness that there are steps to be taken to not cooperate with my own subjugation. I prioritize my #freedom by rejecting #consumerism. I'm still stuck in it, but not to the degree that most are.

“Free software” means software that respects users' freedom and community. Roughly, it means that the users have the freedom to run, copy, distribute, study, change and improve the software. Thus, “free software” is a matter of liberty, not price... We sometimes call it “libre software,” borrowing the French or Spanish word for “free” as in freedom, to show we do not mean the software is gratis."

Mozilla is pro-Ai, there is an AI chat on the web browser now, and this guy Dennis Schubert, the techlead of #Diaspora, is working at #Mozilla as far as I remember. And he is so against deleting anything, leaving all public "public is public", and against blocking GAFAMs' scrapers?? (he was in 2017, 2018, ... I remember)..

(Mozilla which actually helped this project.)

So I am pretty sure, there is a real problem here with conflict of interests..
