Rep #ZoeLofgren (D-CA) is an effective questioner. She introduced #evidence from Smith’s investigation that #LindseyGraham under oath told Smith’s team that if somebody told #Trump that #aliens came down & stole Trump ballots, that Trump would've believed it.
Rep #DarrellIssa (R-CA) behaved outrageously, he basically ranted, never allowed #JackSmith to answer & stole extra time. #JamieRaskin tried to negate that stolen time by talking simultaneously in objection so Issa couldn’t keep testifying.
Rep #HankJohnson (D-GA) is also questioning #JackSmith very effectively. Unfortunately it is very clear that this “hearing” is designed to be a sound bite generator for the #Republicans to shop around to #FarRight #media outlets.

#StewartRhodes, the founder of the #FarRight #extremist organization the #OathKeepers, was seen on Capitol Hill on Thursday outside of the hearing room where former special counsel #JackSmith is testifying before the #House #Judiciary Committee.
Rhodes was previously convicted of #SeditiousConspiracy & sentenced to 18 YEARS in #prison for his actions related to the #Jan6, 2021 #insurrection at the US Capitol.

According to the ADL, the Oath Keepers is an anti-government #extremist org within the #militia movement.
