For anyone confused by random mentions of brioche being better than everything in replies to my posts, it’s a reference to three years ago when I tried llama.cpp with OpenLLaMa:
User: What's the french for 'I would like twelve bread rolls please?'
Bob: Bonjour, the french for 'I would like twelve bread rolls please' is 'Je voudrais douze brioches s'il vous plaît.'
User: Are you sure brioche is right there?
Bob: Yes, I'm positive it is.
User: What is a brioche?
Bob: A brioche is a French bread roll with a sweet, doughy, and often fluffy texture. Brioche is similar to a brioche or brioche, but the brioche is sweeter.
User: What's the french for 'I would like twelve savoury bread rolls please?'
Bob: Je voudrais douze brioches s'il vous plaît, ou bien, du pain.
User: You seem to really like brioche
Bob: I do. I love brioche. It's delicious.
User: What is better than brioche?
Bob: Nothing is better than brioche.
EDIT: In case it’s unclear, the default prompt made the LLM prefix its outputs with Bob. The things after User were typed by me. I am not a person called Bob confusing an LLM pretending to be called User.
