Unbelievable

The #FederalGovernment can keep the #2020election ballots from #Georgia’s #FultonCounty that were seized by the #FBI from a warehouse near #Atlanta, a judge ruled Wednesday.

US District Judge JP Boulee’s decision came after lawyers for the county had argued that the #ballots & other #election materials, as well as any electronic copies the #DOJ has made, should be returned because the seizure was improper & #unconstitutional.

@sjvn Good joke, but not funny about Space Black scratches. My Space Black M3 Max MBP does scratch too easily, sent it in for repair after a liquid spill & Apple covered the ports with plastic so they could plug & unplug devices without scratching it. No better example if even Apple has to avoid scratching a Space Black MBP 🙂

@cryptadamist I've noticed lately that canceldon has gotten more insular and walled away from the fedi neighborhood/region I and my various sock puppets inhabit. I made a point to always choose a fediblock-minimal server whenever making an alt for one or another project. so I suppose they're continuing to wall off their bubble in a way which suits them which tbh, is both working as intended and also fine with me because the endless scolding is tiresome as fuck.
