As an owner of almost every portable console from Sony and Nintendo...I really must say USB C should have been standard 10-15 years earlier. Good lord.

I've seen chargers you gamers wouldn't believe.
3DS chargers that don't charge Wii U. PSP chargers with a USB-A side that still use a 5V connector on the other.
All these cables will be lost in a drawer.

I share concerns about wackos' fascination with printed guns, but there have to be better (less risky, less expansive, more effective) ways to restrict ghost guns.

If they want to make a law that will achieve some good for society, how about a law against "omnibus bills" (sneaking legislators' irrelevant pet projects into big bills such as budgets)?

But there is another much more serious issue. One you are reluctant to even confront.

You never lost your old childhood journal. It's right there on the shelf.

@maxine internet search is fascinating bc i don't actually think it's that hard and in fact searching every web page you've ever visited should be something you should be able to do too, locally. and that's where we can consider more complex ranking heuristics in cases where we might be pulling in a ton of results. i haven't thought too much about that yet but i'm hopeful about it because there are some standard protocols for local search i think we need and do not have
