@maxine internet search is fascinating bc i don't actually think it's that hard and in fact searching every web page you've ever visited should be something you should be able to do too, locally. and that's where we can consider more complex ranking heuristics in cases where we might be pulling in a ton of results. i haven't thought too much about that yet but i'm hopeful about it because there are some standard protocols for local search i think we need and do not have

@hipsterelectron probably mostly backend changes, im planning on implemented ranked autocomplete for bangs and aligning search autocomplete with what youd see in every other browser (suggestions for tabs, history, actual support for autocompleted domains etc)
