I think maybe it should just read “Linux by DHH". That implies opinionated. It's certainly not beautiful or modern. Perhaps they could say a minimal terminal based operating system?

I'm not going into the issues I raised there, but the threat over something I don't think is justified even accepting the reasons given would on another platform not just IMO be arguably inappropriate, but have Draconian consequences.

Here on #fedi it is of little consequence to me which is the great thing about fedi. 🙏

Ça faisait plusieurs années que je voulais la quitter mais j'avais des freins et de la procrastination (vous pouvez me juger). Mais voilà, c'est fait ✌️

Et donc, comme dit dans ma bio : je suis pas hyper fan de croissance infinie sur une planète finie, je considère que la pub, c'est un moteur de cette croissance et du capitalisme, du coup je milite/bosse chez @RAPasso et c'est ma joie.

#Introduction

Learned my first Radicle-based patch (PR equivalent) was merged today, and while the experience had its rough edges for sure, contributing code to a project without any centralized infrastructure mediating that contribution felt a bit magical.

I'm not even referring strictly to GitHub, before which you ran Gitweb and maybe Gitolite if you were incredibly nerdy. I mean any sort of centralized infrastructure. My change just went out over the network, got improved upon and merged, all without needing any one person's or organization's forge to be running to get it done. We need more of this in the world.
