Das ist nach ueber 16 Jahren hier tatsaechlich die Erste und, wenn auch recht klein, die goenne ich mir am Wochenende, denn die passt perfekt in den Air Fryer 🤩

666 g Mehl
400 g Wasser
20 g Salz
5 g Hefe
Olivenöl
Mehl, Wasser und Hefe zusammen kneten. Olivenöl auf Hände, wenn es zu klebrig wird. Salz zuletzt rein kneten.
1h ruhen lassen (Stockgare).
Aufteilen in 4x 230 g plus extra, Kugeln formen, mit glatter Oberfläche (etwas Öl) eintuppern.
24-48h im Kühlschrank gehen lassen (Stückgare).
1h vor Verarbeitung aus Kühlschrank nehmen. Auf Mehr ausbreiten, belegen, backen.

(trying to order pizza online)
(because I've been away all day at the office)
(and the pedestrian horrors and everyday compassion in that office are mind blowing)
(and the kids are hungry at home)
And then, after wondering if 2026 me would like Kate Bush as much as long-ago me if I had never heard her before...
my extremely cursed music player thingy put Donna Summer on next, which was horrifyingly funny
and I still really like The Dreaming.
Now let me order the damn pizza, please.
