@stefano I also moved up to 4.23 but just applied the patch without testing without it and it applied cleanly and works - but yes maybe not needed. I’ll test more later :)

I don't know how I missed this incredible piece of investigative journalism by Claire Wilmot and Ashenafi Endale, linking illicit mining in Tigray with funding for another looming war, as if that region hasn't been decimated already, pollution, as if people there need more destruction than has already occurred, and, surprise surprise, foreign investment.

Its pretty clear why Matt Goodwin (ReformUK Ltd) is arguing that women should have more children!
As migration approaches net zero in the UK, and the population continues to age (and the replacement rate for births is no longer achieved), if ReformUK's migration policies are not going to further damage the UK's economy (by reducing the available workforce), there needs to be a radical upswing in the birth rate.
Women are just social birth machines for Goodwin & Reform.

@gabesalkin I’m pretty sure we’ve mentioned both job loss and skill atrophy in our various conversations these last few weeks.
@siracusa I honestly think it bears repeating more often. These are huge structural problems with AI adoption.
I’m excited about AI as a force multiplier as much as the next dev. I know it’s just where we’re headed as an industry. But I think we’re going to lose a lot along the way if we’re not more measured in adoption
