@CordonBleu non esistono i rischi concreti, se è un rischio non si è ancora concretizzato. Nel mondo delle ipotesi astratte, fuori dalla realtà concreta, esistono i rischi improbabili e quelli probabili, quelli stimati con qualche criterio e quelli percepiti di pancia, quelli minimizzati e quelli gonfiati, e la mia opinione soggettiva è che una decisione legata ad una concreta negazione di diritti sia stata presa in base ad un rischio improbabile, percepito e gonfiato.

But the only real complaint I have about Klein is that she knows what I know and she still hasn't told you to build barricades and overthrow these tyrants. That's probably the price of tea in China in exchange for the platform she has but I still hate it.
Otw tho, I think she's pretty legit and her work is very, VERY useful to us.

I'm not going to get into the weeds on copyright law here, but here is my very short non-legal summary of EFF's position: copyright law is like the One Ring. You think you can just slip it on and defeat the AI companies, but if you do, you will 1. probably not even slow the companies down 2. endanger a bunch of stuff on the internet that depends on fair use by getting a bad ruling that will be cited in future court cases. You think this is going to go well for you, but you should throw the ring into the volcano.
This is not about loving AI and wanting to defend our techlords. This is a floor of angry attack lawyers telling you that this particular method of attack is going to blow up in our faces. There is an argument to made that some enemies should be taken down by any means necessary, but that is not an argument that is going to get very far with civil liberties lawyers whose whole raison d'etre is that the rule of law matters and it should apply fairly to everyone.
