@white_fangs ah non il n’y a pas vraiment de flou : il y a tout un tas de traités internationaux (bancaires, etc) qui établissent des processus bien rodés. Là où c’est un souci, c’est l’utilisation abusive de ces traités contre des organisations non-terroristes. Le gouvernement italien devrait avoir son mot à dire avant la clôture du compte d’une association qui agit légalement sur son territoire. Un gouvernement étranger de mauvaise foi ne doit pas avoir tant de pouvoir sur des citoyens.
