@fj @bert_hubert right. But e.g. Zürich is implementing it just now (last few years). Before of that, city was reporting that it is too expensive and less useful than traditional ones. (note: i think they still do only for recycling stuffs, because for rubbish it is less controllable: people must use correct bag (aka bag with additional rubbish tax)).

@miawgogo Yeah, I thought it was a bit odd then too tbh. He's got his position and that position is "all power to the consumer/human" and sometimes that puts him slightly at odds with people with different positions, but IMO nothing that should cross the red line of a reasonable person or warrant directed anger
