@PostersUnionAU This offer is always on the table but the strangest response has been admins telling me they refuse the offer and will shut down anyway.

Two admins said, "if I'm not the admin, the instance is gone". There is an ego problem with instance admins who would rather burn it down then hand it over.

I hope this isn't the reality for most admins.

For a brief moment in that odd mind space you're in while scrolling, I wondered how on earth dogs could assist intervention trials (!!). But of course the article was about trials of dog-assisted services—either professionally-delivered therapy with dogs trained to help improve mental health, or activities with untrained dogs.
