@jenniferplusplus Yeah it doesn't give nearly the same satisfaction and core-ness that glutes do. I have a small space and use mostly dumb bells for my weights, so it's a lot of floor-work and I'm using wrist braces, but leveling up on the weight is not as straightforward as a lot of other things.

I see them all the time too and it blows my mind. The worst was a Robin Hobb book, and it was so bad I won't read another. It had dragons randomly switching colour and gender, and people with changing names, and a ton of basic errors too.
Then I saw that Jeanette Winterson, who edits Robin Hobb, was promoting Open AI's short stories a few years later and some how felt justified in my decision!

I've just used postgres to export a list of unapproved users with signup IPs into a .csv to add to my firewall blacklist:

copy (select id, sign_up_ip, email, approved from users where approved = 'f') to '/tmp/pendingusers.csv' with CSV DELIMITER ',' HEADER;

I'm not sure how effective it will be, as IP addresses are from all over the place, none are duplicates, but never mind, it's worth a try. 😡
