A/I Crackdown zu finden.

▶️▶️News from “All Blogs Are Beautiful” – a new left-wing autonomous server network◀️◀️

A lot has happened since we sent out our guide a few weeks ago (https://pad.nixnet.services/s/-MNsjOMuk)!

First, the bad news

We quite quickly decided against setting up a WordPress infrastructure at short notice to host your blogs. Here’s why:

👉 Our aim is to build a structure that will last in the long term. Hosting WordPress is labour-intensive and vulnerable to attacks, and too few of us are willing to do this in the long run.

👉 We want to promote alternatives to WordPress within the movement. Alternatives that better align with our values. Including ones that can import the NoBlogs backup.

👉 We want to give our social, organisational and technical processes enough time so that they feel right and are secure.

👉 We believe there needs to be more decentralisation in the left-wing hosting landscape, and we’d like to encourage you once again to take action yourselves.

Here the good news:

❗🥳 In the medium term, our aim is to rebuild a structure that allows you to set up websites and blogs easily and without hassle 😀 Just no WordPress sites – so NoBlogs won’t be available in that format here – but other formats instead, which we want to make just as accessible.❗

🥳 All NoBlogs sites that were online up to 18 September have been archived under *.nublogs.org.

This means that most of the information that used to be available on Noblogs’ websites should still be accessible! See: https://de.indymedia.org/node/862106

🥳 At https://uberspace.de, you’ve been able to install WordPress with a single click or via the command line since 14 September 😊 Find out more here: https://blog.uberspace.de/2026/09/yesblogs-wordpress-per-click-auf-uberspace.de/, or here: https://u8manual.uberspace.de//apps_install/

Uberspace has now also published its own guide on how to import your NoBlogs backup into a WordPress site hosted there: https://blog.uberspace.de/2026/09/noblogs-backup-import/

🥳 There is a way to import your NoBlogs backup even after NoBlogs has gone offline. See these instructions: https://pad.nixnet.services/s/4U4cNSQ1V#

🥳 You can obtain a *.beautifulblogs.org subdomain through us. This will help if you have your own server running your website, such as Uberspace. Please do not ask other left-wing server collectives if they can help you with the domain (it won’t). You can find the form for this here: https://cloud.systemli.org/apps/forms/s/SPwyrTn4XoddpfeWsZJ8jziw

🥳 We’re still offering support for any questions about migrating websites – hit us up at allblogsarebeautiful@systemli.org or check the guide for our contact details and instructions.

🥳 We are in the process of setting up a decentralised network structure that makes it easier for various small groups to host services for left-wing political projects. Some small groups are already on board and will be going online with new services over the coming weeks and months. If you are a small group considering doing this, please feel free to get in touch with us. You can find a guide here: https://sabot.media/guides/become-the-thousand-servers/

➡️ Unfortunately, servers and domains aren’t free; we need money 💸 to fund our work.

👉 As it’s time to build more resilient structures in these times of debanking, we’d like to call on you to raise cash for us. As soon as you, as a collective or city group, have raised more than €100, please get in touch with us from an email address ending in systemli.org, immerda.ch or riseup.net – ideally one that can also be found on a trustworthy website – and we’ll then organise for the money to reach the right people (for the time being, only in Central Europe).

👉 Despite all this, we have found a solidarity-based organisation that is providing us with a bank account – you can find more information about our crowdfunding here: https://www.firefund.net/abab
