⁉️ #AskFedi
I want to look up specific people I followed with this #Mastodon account over the years. Since my following list has over 1,200 entries, it is undoable to open the fedi profile of each person one by one.
Is there a tool that allows me to load all these profiles into a single file or webpage, so I can quickscroll or do a search on keywords in the profile Bio texts?
@irina thank you. No, I tried that first thing, expecting more info on the csv. But it basically just contains ones fediverse handle, 2 flags, and a language field. And a full data export as zipfile is only about ones posts and images.
@johan thank you! I just tried it, and it works, after switching 'Show follows and following' on which I had hidden. But it only shows a very short excerpt from the Bio. You might show full profiles in a 3 or 4 column magazine style layout.
@smallcircles use curl to get the profile page in html and put this in some loop in some scripting would be my tool of choice
Yes, that is an option, thank you!
@smallcircles https://www.mastodonlistmanager.org does this, the search function searches acc name and bio

Thank you! I will try this. Perhaps suggest to the author to make the permissions selectable, so I can disable Lists and Accounts. Don't even know what the latter means.
Also I'll queue this project for https://delightful.coding.social/delightful-fediverse-experience
Btw, I notice that some of the cool #FOSS tools you have created over time might be good candidates for inclusion in delightful-humane-design, which @omkar_foss is actively curating and expanding atm.

In particular https://www.zerodogg.org/dontreadthecomments
@smallcircles @zerodogg Thanks, dontreadthecomments looks good to me, added it to Blocklists section of the #HumaneDesign list: https://codeberg.org/delightful-commons/delightful-humane-design#blocklists
@smallcircles Not exactly what you’re looking after, but if you search for keywords on https://social.coop/search?type=accounts it should show on top the accounts you are already following, it it does search within the bio (even though you can’t see it).
@nclm oh, thank you! That already works somewhat :)
You need to log in to see that page.
Install bonfire.cafe

@smallcircles You can export your follows as a csv archive (in settings), would that help?
