Hello! Today I am looking at real brick and mortar MUSEUMS ON MASTODON that I would like to add to this here Collection:

@lavaeolus Yeah, I did the very Norwegian thing of just saying "museum" but I think I might end up adding galleries in there too. 😊
@matt it took me a while to realize the difference between my general understanding of gallery as a place where people go to buy art vs gallery as in "National Gallery" :)
But I also meant including this hashtag, as I know many folks working in museums look at it, too

And yes, I did just email the Norsk Teknisk Museum to ask them to join Mastodon. Not sure if they will - but it will sure help convince them and future museums to join if they can see a list of active museums already on the platform. 🙂↕️
