A tweet by Shagatha Christie PhD @hotRichStepMilf that says "able bodied people are baffling to me. You get taxis home from the club when you feel rough and disoriented. You drive walking distances because you're tired or struggling to carry something. Yet people using wheelchairs as a choice on days they could use it is outrageous to you? "But you don't really need it if you can walk!" So why do you need to take the car to tesco when you can walk 20 minutes and carry 6 bags of shopping? Is it because it's unnecessary pain and tiredness when you have an alternative option?"

I mean, driving walking distances is itself pretty disgusting. The outrage I feel is what has been done to people, to make them wheelchair bound. Whether they're overweight or had their legs blown off, it's a fucking tragedy, and I wish they could be fully abled and healthy. Since they (and we) can't be, I'll do everything I can to make sure they have wheelchair access and accessibility. Don't give a fuck whether someone "really needs" it, and the means testing morons who do can go fuck themselves straight to hell.
