The latest build from Brick Experiment Channel solves this using a Raspberry Pi Zero 2 and a medical syringe as a ballast tank. By pulling water in or pushing it out, the system achieves neutral buoyancy. This allows the #LEGO vehicle to sit suspended in the #water.
