Many of us will agree with Heather Stewart that tougher regulation (and limitation) on wealthy donors influencing (buying) politicians is needed!
But, to my mind this actually is not the biggest problem; as I've said before the major problem is the undue & over-weighted influence the financial services sector has on Govts., how the common sense of fiscal policy is framed & how economic policy is formulated.
That is what really needs constraining (as well)!
