A new setting from Tweaks has been merged into Gnome Settings, which replaces the "Large Text" toggle with a continuous slider: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-control-center/-/issues/1648

For some reason you can only adjust the text size upwards in this change. I feel like being able to adjust the text to become smaller would be very helpful for low resolution screens.

Otherwise, this is great!

@forteller could you please file a gitlab issue? I don't think that small text was brought up in the discussion. We could potentially do something about it still in time for 50 if the design team agrees.
