Official #FOSDEM did not even start yet, and I had so many great conversations with people who make an important impact in society.

Again realised, while we have many challenges, the awareness on our topics raised significantly. E.g. on "Public Money? #PublicCode!" there was so much progress since the @fsfe + many other #FreeSoftware #OpenSource organisations launched publiccode.eu with this short clip:
