It's almost all asphalt, just a few trees, and three people walking. The bottom pic shows how the same area looks today, it's a park with lots of trees, grass, benches and a playground. There's no cars, but the park is full of people, on the grass and along the riverside. On the top pic is the text Toulouse, 1976. On the bottom pic the text Towin, 2026. PS: The bottom pic is a few years old, the trees are bigger there now. But it's the pic I could find from the same vantage point.
