This 1963 Messerschmitt KR200 is said to have been first registered in France before being imported to the US and placed on display in the Bruce Weiner Microcar Museum. It was listed on BaT in February 2022 by its prior owner of 12 years, and it was subsequently acquired by the seller in March 2025. Work in preparation for the sale has included cleaning the carburetor, flushing the fuel tank, adjusting the clutch cable, fitting an inline fuel shut-off valve, repairing the horn and brake light wiring and replacing the fuel hoses, battery, horn, and leather canopy strap. The white over black convertible is powered by an air-cooled 191cc two-stroke single mated to a four-speed manual transmission and features CoCo floor mats, a black convertible soft top, a tinted windshield visor, a rear luggage rack, seating for three, a motorcycle-style handlebar, and sliding side windows.
