I tried to rest all day for a full recovery. But the master of the house didn't understand the situation well and kept barking demanding he go for a walk. I relented in the late afternoon and took him to the lake when it was the warmest with less wind. I hope he was very happy.

Brrr 13f/-10.5c this morning and the windchill was 3f/-16c (it was indeed windy). The pond was partially frozen as a fountain kept the water moving. My ears were cold because I didn't wear a beanie today stupidly. The sun felt good but we are now more comfortable inside at home.

An overcast and mild 41f/5c morning. It will start raining in the evening, and the question is if it will turn into bad snow as temps go down.
We had a very quiet walk as we didn't see any human or dog the whole time until we came back to the parking lot. Not bad having a state park to ourselves.

The rain had let up by the time we left home for a walk. Cloudy but not cold, and of course when we left the park, some blue sky peeked through the clouds.
