According to an incident report from the #Minneapolis Fire Department, emergency responders found #ReneeGood in her vehicle with 2 gunshot wounds on the right side of her chest, another gunshot wound on her left forearm & a possible gunshot wound on the left side of her head. Good was not breathing & had an irregular pulse when the responders arrived, according to the report.

The first 911 calls about the #shooting of #ReneeGood came in at 9:39 AM, & emergency responders arrived on the scene at 9:42 AM, according to records from the #Minneapolis Police & Fire Department. One of the 911 calls made shortly after the #shooting of #ReneeGood was from a man who said he was calling for local police & emergency assistance on behalf of the #DHS officers on the scene. The man said the officers on the ground had relayed the information to their local command center, according to a transcript of the call.

#ReneeGood was found in her vehicle by emergency workers with an irregular pulse, & by the time they took her out of the vehicle, she had no pulse, according to an incident report from the #Minneapolis Fire Department. They administered CPR on her until they arrived at Hennepin County Medical Center. Efforts to resuscitate Good in the hospital ended at around 10:30 AM, according to the report.

“I saw … an #ICE officer fire 2 shots through her windshield into the driver,” a caller to 911 reported soon after the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent shot #ReneeGood, according to scores of emergency call transcripts CNN also got from #Minneapolis officials.
“She tried to drive away but crashed into the nearest vehicle that was parked,” the caller said. “I saw blood all over the driver, then the partner who was trying to provide assistance.”
…“She’s f**kin’ dead. They f**kin’ shot her,” another caller told a 911 dispatcher, who assured help was on the way. “There’s 15 ICE agents, & they shot her, like, ’cause she wouldn’t open her car door.”
While #ReneeGood was left in her Honda Pilot, someone asked #ICE officers if he could check her pulse, bystander video shows.
“No! Back up. Now!” an officer shouts.
“I’m a physician,” the man says, his hands in the air. “Can I go check a pulse?”
