New video making the rounds today from Minnesota depicts an ICE agent falling on ice then entering a porta potty with a female kidnapping victim.
Today Minnesota's Attorney General Keith Ellison announced the state's lawsuit against DHS to end the surge of federal cops into Minnesota.
He points out making arrests in the state's sensitve locations is illegal and a violation of State's rights:
- Courts
- Churches
- Schools
- Funeral Homes

This suit was entered into US District court of Minnesota and if I'm reading the court calendar correctly they will be a motion hearing on Wednesday.
There's some VERY alarming instances of police violence directed against State's attorney who happened to witness an ICE arrest first hand.
