In one claimed statement from the Plymouth cops they basically state they have a policy of no interacting with Federal operations, in support or otherwise.
They know a call came in about the ICE kidnapping in progress but that the situation quickly left their jurisdiction.
They say to ask the feds wtf.

In a second claimed report from a responding officer at the New Hope cop shop the officer describes BOTH the woman driving the car AND the fed car jacking them calling the cops.
The officer seems to vary at times from taking the Fed's claim of "ICE goon kidnapped" at face value... also seeming to get a bit less clear cut after interacting with the woman who came to the police station.
