Watching the river drop through autumnal grasses and mosses, on its way down to join Dynjandisvogur fjord below.

September 2025, and we were looking down from Dynjandisheiði, a mountain pass in the Westfjords of #Iceland between Barðaströnd, ≈ 37 km/23 mi away to the south, and Arnarfjörður in the distance.
