ON TUESDAY MORNING: DAWN ARRESTS, HOMES RAIDED. DEVICES SEIZED. Police arrived at 6am, waking children. 8 cops crowded into homes, harassing activists, their families, including a person with a disability who uses a wheelchair. Items seized: phones, laptops, and a Free Palestine wreath from someone's door. Two people were arrested and driven hours away from their homes. Four had their devices seized. These beloved organizers were targeted for the opposition to war mongerers and genocide profiteers.

Over a hundred peace activists from across Ontario protested the Best Defence Conference in London, ON ­— upset at arms dealers profiting from genocide and complicit government leaders. Among the sponsors and exhibitors were Elbit Systems, Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics, Hensoldt, Saab, and Gastops—companies building the F-35s, drones, and surveillance systems that Israel has been using to bomb schools, hospitals, and refugee camps in Gaza.
