When white men lose even a sliver of control, the system reacts.

It labels women and non-white leaders as “unqualified,” “unfit,” or “too emotional,” while rewarding the very mediocrity that keeps the myth of white male supremacy intact.

So no, I don’t talk about what’s fair.

Because the moment you use that word, you’ve already agreed to play by rules designed to ensure your loss.

“Fair” only extends to the most vulnerable when it serves the interests of those who already benefit.

In Mediocre, Ijeoma Oluo shares that:

“A study by the University of Missouri found that, even though women make up only 5 percent of Fortune 500 CEOs, activist investors are more likely to target companies helmed by women with the intent of directing their management decisions, even when controlling for company performance.”

This isn’t coincidence…it’s the blueprint.
