You can’t code your way out of the harm you’ve helped create.
You can’t “ethics board” your way out of systems, institutions, and policies that were designed to exploit.
And you cannot, under any circumstance, build technology that leads to liberation if you haven’t first dismantled the lies of superiority within yourselves.
White men…it’s time to train.
To unlearn.
To take responsibility.

Let’s be clear: this isn’t innovation.
It’s indoctrination, powered by delusion and funded by systems, institutions, and policies built to center white men’s desires, fears, and interpretations of “good.”
When the myth of white supremacy and patriarchy merge with technological power, we don’t get progress…we get control.
We get “solutions” that reproduce oppression at scale, wrapped in branding that promises salvation.
And what’s worse is how many white men who knew better said nothing.
You shrugged,
justified,
laughed it off,
or told yourselves that “he’s not that bad.”
Because to challenge a fellow white man meant risking your own proximity to comfort, credibility, or control.
But here’s the truth:
