Solange das so bleibt, bedeutet das: keine Zustimmung.
Außerdem hieß es ja schon letzten Monat im Digitalausschuss, dem Vorschlag könne nicht zu 100% zugestimmt werden. Bis nächsten Dienstag ist keine Zeit für Änderungen. Die Abstimmung muss auf jeden Fall vertagt werden.

What's interesting about this map is how closely the "yes" members correlate to a list of countries that have lost their living memory of being ruled by authoritarian regimes or already surrendered themselves to authoritarianism once again.

Does anyone have a good explanation for the geographical pattern? There is a green block in central Europe and a red block in the west. Or another good explanation why countries lean this way? Would be useful for next time. #ChatControl #EU
