his origin story of fleeing the deep south after intervening in a white farmer beating his black worker is not quite as interesting as it sounds (he saw it happen and reported it to the other white farm owner who didn't believe him and then threatened to beat him but Frazier stood up to him and he told him to leave and Frazier's family realized he probably wasn't safe with that attitude), but you can certainly make it more exciting, ala Ip Man/Dragon: A Bruce Lee Story and add action and fighting to it... he'd beat up the farmers then they'd send dudes after him at night and he'd beat them up too and then have to leave for the North...

then ala Dragon/Ip Man, fights just keep happening wherever he goes

anyway he deserves to get out of Ali's shadow, esp with the way Ali treated him
