鉁╓hat an honor to lead a HIIT class at the 4th Annual Heatwave D4 Summer Fest in my home neighborhood of Dorchester. It was a full celebration of movement, #music, and #community resilience.
鉂わ笍The highlight for me? Having my mother, Millie, join the festivities. Her presence was a powerful reminder that this work is generational.
