@petersuber I finally heard from the DTIC reference desk - two weeks ago I wrote to them to ask when their public databases will be functioning again, and if they could do a search about suicide prevention initiative grey lit, in the meanwhile, for a team writing a scoping review.

If it hadn't taken two weeks, I would have thought their generic low-info response ("We expect the public tool to be restored soon and apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.") was an auto-reply.
