Amazing z2 run on treadmill, for 1 hour. I went "faster" for 15min, and soon realised that while still in z2, breathing was getting slightly more difficult so I went back to former speed.
Looking forward to try that on the trail.
Also 1/2h biking, 1/2h rowing and 50 floors on stepper.
No more crêpe,so let's have potatoes and roasted cheese instead
