for backing up your iCloud to local storage? I'm wondering how good it is and if anyone's used it successfully.

UPDATE: the local #macOS / #iOS / #iPadOS syncing process is so fucked I had to go back to #iCloud temporarily, until I get the beta #EteSync app working on my #iPhone

Step 2: change default browser to Brave and install the #iCloud#Passwords Chrome extension, so I can (for now) access all my passwords and verification codes from iCloud. Just used that to authorise Mastodon macOS/iPadOS app to run on my refurbished Mac Mini M2, and write this post!
