Pot banging again tonight in front of Assen railway station.
Israel has killed hundreds of Gazans since the "ceasefire" began. They're still refusing to allow adequate quantities of food and medicine into Gaza.
This must stop. The world must act.

A very murky photo of people standing outside the railway station in Assen. It's a lot darker than two weeks ago at the same time, partly because the clocks have changed (winter time).

Today's quiet demo for Gaza in Groningen. These demos take place from 13:00 until 14:00, every other Saturday in Groningen, on the odd numbered weeks (oneven weken). We stand quietly with signs while others hand out leaflets with information about the boycott against Israel.

People lined up at both sides of a pedestrian street in Groningen. Those at the sides are holding up signs, those in the middle are handing out information.

Examples of sign content are "peace now" and "pension funds: stop financing projects in the illegal settlements in the west bank"

Some relatively simple ways to support Palestine and the Palestinians in Gaza:

1. Donate to personal GoFundMes and/or share them, for the incredibly expensive food. If you don't know where to start, go to https://gazafunds.com/, you'll get a random GFM to donate to. ANY AMOUNT HELPS.

2. eSIMs are the only way for Palestinians in Gaza to keep in contact and to get information out of what's really happening on the ground. Donate eSIM directly: http://gazaesims.com or donate to Crips for eSIM: https://chuffed.org/project/crips-for-esims-for-gaza ANY AMOUNT WELCOME.

3. Join the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions movement:  https://www.bdsmovement.net/ Use the Boycat app!

4. Keep talking about Palestine! Put pressure on politicians and unions. Share information from https://decolonizepalestine.com/

5. Check your locale pro-Palestine groups and see if there's a way for you to join them in actions.

6. There are Palestinian led organisations like Workshops 4 Gaza, the Sameer Project, Palestine Medical Relief Project, and many more who can also use your support.
