Indeed! It's that time again, I'm incredibly pleased to say that SOURCE issue 3 is out now. This issue's theme is Opensource Hardware and ...
The cover of issue 3 of SOURCE magazine. The cover has a diagonal image across the centre with a stack of purple PCB's which are the output of one of the tutorials in the magazine. There is some green text describing the magazine content.

Well, that's a happy little accident. It has to be rectified, of course, things jutting out like that will slow down the print.

#3DPrinting #CAD #FreeCAD

Close up of a curving cylindrical section of a piece I'm designing, three segments of internal geometry are poking through to the exterior. The main exterior face is highlighted, making the parts that poke out more apparent. The three parts have a semi-circular bottom with flat sides and the interface with the cylinder creates curved upper edges. The effect is that of a happy face with the mouth exactly between the two eyes.

@FreeCAD software has been vital in helping me design and build my own weaving loom.

Planning out the parts and measurements. And designing parts for 3D printing. The project is making great progress.
